A Metadata Management Approach to Fmri Data

However, many types of analysis require this type of search. In medical imaging, different data sets can result from different acquisition protocols, subjects, studies, etc. Processed data can also result from different image analysis workflows and typically include intermediate and final results obtained from different algorithms or parameter settings. In this paper, we describe our approach to the management of functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) data using a metadata management plugin for the VBrowser.
